Este es el curso de meditación inicial para la práctica de la Ascensión de los Ishayas, también conocido como Curso de la Primera Esfera.
Durante este curso, aprenderás las cuatro técnicas fundamentales de la Ascensión. Estas técnicas son increíblemente poderosas y efectivas para disolver los estreses raíz en tu sistema nervioso y dirigir tu Consciencia hacia la fuente de paz, alegría y amor interior.

This is a lunch time First Sphere and will be presented for 3 hours each day for 5 days. It will begin at 11 AM EST on Monday August 17, 2026 and go until 2 PM CST. It will continue at the same time and place each day for 5 consecutive days, ending at 2 PM CST on August 21, 2026.

Even though I was CEO of a national company, when I was honest with myself, I knew there had to be more to life than what I was experiencing.
I had learned a number of different practices but Ascension gives me that peace that surpasses all understanding. I learned to Ascend in 1997 & teaching since 2015. Teaching others how to have a direct experience of that peace that is within each of us enlivens my experience of life.

I live in Northern Colorado, USA. I am retired from a software development management career after 40+ years. Now, I have more time to ride my motorcycle and tend my garden. My garden consists of many lovely flowering species of plants. I also grow vegetables in my garden and love the fresh produce in the summertime. I also have developed a passion for cooking and love to creat tasty meals.
I attended my initial First Sphere in 2014. It was there that I knew I wanted to share the amazing gift of Ascension with others, so I became a Teacher of Ascension.
