O Curso Avançado é para quem concluiu o Curso de Primeira Esfera
e está buscando aprofundar sua prática de Ascensão e explorar o Silêncio interior. Haverá muito tempo dedicado a extensas orientações e apoio para
aumentar a sua consciência e experiência direta de paz. Também haverá tempo de sobra para ascender e descansar por períodos mais longos do que você normalmente pratica diariamente em casa.
We warmly invite you to ascend together in Amsterdam! During this Advanced Day, we will spend more time ascending together, with space to explore the questions that are alive in your practice. There will also be opportunities for sharing, inspiration, and deepening your experience with the techniques.
This day is for everyone – whether you’ve been ascending regularly for years or are feeling the call to give your practice a fresh impulse.
A light meal will be provided, so we can spend the day in simplicity and stillness, with as much time as possible to close our eyes.

I learned to Ascend in 2015 in Norway. My life changed completely in a short period of time, not really how it looked, but how I experience it. In all areas of my life – in my work, my relationships, my daily shores and routines – I experience so much more contentment and flow.
I work freelance as an illustrator and designer, and love to travel and everything that has to do with food – from growing, harvesting, cooking and enjoying it. But most of all I love to share my experience with Ascension and to see how others experience that life can be so full!
