Der Kurs für Fortgeschrittene ist für alle, die einen Erste Sphäre Kurs abgeschlossen haben und ihre Praxis von Ascension vertiefen sowie die Stille im Inneren erkunden möchten. Wir werden uns viel Zeit für umfassende Anleitung und Unterstützung nehmen, um deine Wahrnehmung und direkte Erfahrung von Frieden zu erweitern. Außerdem wird es reichlich Zeit geben, um länger zu ascenden und zu ruhen als du das normalerweise in deiner täglichen Praxis zu Hause machen würdest.

Ein nährender Tag, um deine Praxis zu vertiefen, dich mühelos wieder mit dir selbst zu verbinden und gemeinsam das lebendige Herz des Aufstiegs zu entdecken. Viel Zeit für Meditation mit geschlossenen Augen, Austausch, sanfte Impulse und Gemeinschaft.

I live in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon.
I love walking on the coast path or visiting one of the lovely beaches for a swim. Or I can zip up to Dartmoor for a different experience.
My working life has mostly been teaching. Physical education, nursery school and yoga!
However, since 1999 I have been a teacher of Ascension and this is the best!
Ascension has eradicated doubt, filled up the hole within which nothing else did with any permanence and enriched my life in so many ways.
It is a joy to share this with everyone who wants to live the best version of themselves!

I am originally from Ireland, but I have been living in the UK since my late teens. I worked in the Fashion Industry for over 25 years until I realised, I was burnt out. Luckily this is when I found Ascension or rather Ascension found me.
I moved to Tunbridge Wells with my husband, where I now teach Ascension and work in Complementary Heath. I love gardening, travelling, good food & wine.
Sharing the simplicity of being right here, right now, I am really looking forward to meeting you on one of our courses.
