Der Kurs für Fortgeschrittene ist für alle, die einen Erste Sphäre Kurs abgeschlossen haben und ihre Praxis von Ascension vertiefen sowie die Stille im Inneren erkunden möchten. Wir werden uns viel Zeit für umfassende Anleitung und Unterstützung nehmen, um deine Wahrnehmung und direkte Erfahrung von Frieden zu erweitern. Außerdem wird es reichlich Zeit geben, um länger zu ascenden und zu ruhen als du das normalerweise in deiner täglichen Praxis zu Hause machen würdest.
This weekend is a moment to ascend together for longer and go deeper into your practice. There is space to share, to ask questions, and we make sure you go home with clarity and inspiration.
One of the most common observations is that it can be hard to find time to ascend in daily life. During this weekend we therefore consciously create the space to slow down and reflect on what matters to you. That way you go home not only with a sense of calm, but also with the desire to give Ascension a place in your everyday life.
There is also something special about ascending in a group. Being still together and turning attention to the Stillness that is always there makes the experience stronger and deepens what you already feel. In a world that constantly demands our attention, a weekend like this — turning inward — may well be one of the most beautiful ways to spend your time.

I learned to Ascend in 2015 in Norway. My life changed completely in a short period of time, not really how it looked, but how I experience it. In all areas of my life – in my work, my relationships, my daily shores and routines – I experience so much more contentment and flow.
I work freelance as an illustrator and designer, and love to travel and everything that has to do with food – from growing, harvesting, cooking and enjoying it. But most of all I love to share my experience with Ascension and to see how others experience that life can be so full!
