*This event is for ascenders only.
A retreat is designed for individuals seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life to dive deeper into their practice of Ascension. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, a retreat offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience of the transformative power of the Ishayas' Teaching.
With guidance from experienced Ishaya teachers and a supportive community, a retreat will provide you with the tools and techniques to cultivate a deep and consistent Ascension practice. You'll learn how to transcend the mind and connect with your innermost Self. Our program is designed to help you discover a new level of peace and relaxation, so you can return to your daily life feeling refreshed, energized, and inspired.
Priya and our fine chef Dharmaraj are once again coming out from Ishaya HQ in Spain to join us for 5 deeply soul-satisfying retreat days.
Between us, your retreat guides have over 100 years joint experience in practicing and teaching the art of Ascension. We love sharing this journey, and are here to make your retreat incredible.
Extra nights accommodation is available before and after the retreat should you wish
I used to be an outdoor instructor in New Zealand until I discovered the joys of Ascension, learning in 2003. I sold up shop, became an Ishaya teacher and travelled the world, ending up here in North Yorkshire.
I live on top of a hill overlooking the countryside. I get to travel a lot to teach, which I love. I enjoy writing, good food, white water kayaking and generally being in the outdoors. Life is good.
I learnt to Ascend in 2009 and have been teaching Ascension since early 2010. I am currently based in Spain, but am always happy to return to the Uk to teach. I am mostly engaged in working to support the teaching both in the UK and globally, including social media, video, administration and design. I enjoy music, photography and travel and I support Derby County FC which is also occasionally enjoyable!
Based most of the time in the North of England, I am also a costume and prop designer and maker. I have worked around the world making clothes that make people smile.
I love dancing and cooking (sometimes at the same time). I love having adventures, swimming in the sea, drinking coffee, watching movies and making people happy.
I learnt to Ascend in 1998 and have found this teaching transformative both in my personal life and in my work as a doctor.
Having experienced the changes the techniques produce, I can offer so much more to my patients and those that I teach. Since becoming a teacher in 2008 I have been able to see first hand the amazing changes in people who Ascend – this is the best job ever!
