A retreat is designed for individuals seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life to dive deeper into their practice of Ascension. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, a retreat offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience of the transformative power of the Ishayas' Teaching.
With guidance from experienced Ishaya teachers and a supportive community, a retreat will provide you with the tools and techniques to cultivate a deep and consistent Ascension practice. You'll learn how to transcend the mind and connect with your innermost Self. Our program is designed to help you discover a new level of peace and relaxation, so you can return to your daily life feeling refreshed, energized, and inspired.
The retreat will be held in the beautiful Pukawa Villas (formerly Oreti Village Resort) in Pukawa Bay, on the south west side of Lake Taupo (45mins from Taupo centre).

I had a normal job and boyfriend, house and dog… life was pretty good. But when that relationship ended and my life changed completely, finally I started to live for myself and my goals. What did I want?
Ascension was the tool that anchored me and gave me direction. Today, life is full on, exciting and with purpose. I owe my inner strength to the practice of Ascension.

I have been teaching Ascension since 1997. I am currently teaching in Spain, Mexico, Brasil, New Zealand, Taiwan and the U.S.
I have been throughout the world spreading the message of Praise, Gratitude and Love.
I am from Henderson, Nevada. I went to University in Las Vegas. I was born April 17, 1964.
