The Advanced Course is for anyone who has completed the First Sphere Course and is seeking to deepen their practice of Ascension and explore the Silence within. There will be a lot of time dedicated to extensive guidance and support to increase your awareness and direct experience of peace. There will also be plenty of time to ascend and rest for longer periods than you would usually get in your daily practice at home.

I learnt to Ascend in 2010 and it literally turned my life around. Ascension has given me the ability to heal my body, but also to experience peace and happiness, regardless of what state my body is in.
I am now pain-free and love teaching Ascension, so others can discover their own potential. I enjoy spending time with my family, art, walking in nature and watching movies.
