I had a normal job and boyfriend, house and dog… life was pretty good. But when that relationship ended and my life changed completely, finally I started to live for myself and my goals. What did I want?
Ascension was the tool that anchored me and gave me direction. Today, life is full on, exciting and with purpose. I owe my inner strength to the practice of Ascension.

I love to connect with people. I am fortunate that I get to do this in a number of ways. As a Chartered Accountant, I connect with business people, helping them to run their businesses more efficiently. As a goldsmith and jewellery designer, I get to create beautiful pieces for people to wear and enjoy. Teaching Ascension since 1999, it has been a privilege to share this tool of stillness and peace with people from across North America.
