I am a professional violinist and find Ascension so liberating for my playing, my career and my life in general.

My life transformed completely when Ascension showed me how to change my relationship with thought; rather than experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions, dependant on which thoughts I happened to be having at the time, I learned to watch them – which immediately gives an experience of peace and calm, it’s like going home every time!

I teach Ascension because it’s by far the best gift I’ve ever been given, the only thing which is even more amazing is sharing it with other people!

I have an incredibly fulfilling job as a Wedding and Baby Naming Celebrant. Connecting with people and contributing to such a special and joyful day is a real privilege.

I love walks in nature, being creative and listening to live music, especially when shared with family and friends.

Ascension has shown me that each day is a gift. I’ve rediscovered that the source of the peace, joy, freedom and the love I sought, was already within. Life continues to expand and grow in more beautiful ways than I could ever have imagined.
