I’ll explain what Ascension really is, how it differs from other ways of meditating, and what it can mean for you.

I learned to Ascend in 2015 in Norway. My life changed completely in a short period of time, not really how it looked, but how I experience it. In all areas of my life – in my work, my relationships, my daily shores and routines – I experience so much more contentment and flow.
I work freelance as an illustrator and designer, and love to travel and everything that has to do with food – from growing, harvesting, cooking and enjoying it. But most of all I love to share my experience with Ascension and to see how others experience that life can be so full!
