Este es el curso de meditación inicial para la práctica de la Ascensión de los Ishayas, también conocido como Curso de la Primera Esfera.
Durante este curso, aprenderás las cuatro técnicas fundamentales de la Ascensión. Estas técnicas son increíblemente poderosas y efectivas para disolver los estreses raíz en tu sistema nervioso y dirigir tu Consciencia hacia la fuente de paz, alegría y amor interior.
El curso está diseñado para que te relajes, descanses y disfrutes. También habrá charlas inspiradoras adicionales sobre la mecánica de cómo funciona tu mente, qué es la meditación y qué puede hacer por ti, así como descubrir más sobre el infinito potencial de la conciencia humana.

I have been ascending since 2008 and started teaching in 2016.
Ascension has given me an ongoing sense of peace, contentment and so much more joy. I find that I can still experience this peace and stillness whilst dealing with whatever life decides to present to me-and I have experienced a lot of loss in my life. To know that it isn’t what is happening that is the problem, but the thoughts we have around that event that cause us to suffer, is life changing.
I am a counsellor and support worker, mainly working with childhood trauma. Ascension has enabled me to stay grounded and has brought so many benefits to my work. I am passionate about sharing this teaching with others.

I live in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon.
I love walking on the coast path or visiting one of the lovely beaches for a swim. Or I can zip up to Dartmoor for a different experience.
My working life has mostly been teaching. Physical education, nursery school and yoga!
However, since 1999 I have been a teacher of Ascension and this is the best!
Ascension has eradicated doubt, filled up the hole within which nothing else did with any permanence and enriched my life in so many ways.
It is a joy to share this with everyone who wants to live the best version of themselves!
