We offer this retreat for anyone wishing to deepen their connection with creativity and unlock the limitless potential within. Blending
the ancient consciousness teachings of the Ishayas with playful creative practice, you’ll learn to step more fully into life and the
source of conscious creativity.

As artists, many of you know the sensation of being empty, channelling or creative flow.

This practice, with consistent support and
playful exploration, brings that experience
into everyday life by reducing the constant
noise of thoughts, doubts and commentary
we are so used to.

Whether you are looking to enrich your
artistic practice in any discipline, strengthen your connection with life, or simply begin a meditation journey in a clear and self-sufficient way, we have created this space for you.

How the Course Works

During the retreat: In the residential part of this course, you will learn four extremely and effective techniques that you can use with your eyes either closed or open. There will be time for rest, solitude and for exploring creativity through guided exercises, sharing, and connecting together in our autumnal nest. We will also have guided session to help the body release and relax with our amazing co-organizer, dancer and creator Alberto José Lucena.

After the retreat: six weekly online classes will be available to help you deepen your experience and consolidate what you have learned, so that the daily habit of Ascending
and exploring your connection to conscious
emptiness becomes effortless. Joining us in two of the classes will be Mark Krusin (Ishaya monk, industrial designer, author - UK) and Ana Lucía Sandoval (Ishaya monk,visual artist - Mexico).
