Dies ist der Einsteigerkurs für die Praxis von Ishayas' Ascension, auch bekannt als Erste Sphäre Kurs. Während dieses Kurses lernst du die vier Haupttechniken von Ascension. Diese Techniken sind unglaublich kraftvoll und effektiv, um die Wurzelstresse in deinem Nervensystem aufzulösen und deine Aufmerksamkeit auf die Quelle von Frieden, Freude und Liebe im Inneren zu lenken.
Der Kurs ist so konzipiert, dass du dich entspannen, ausruhen und genießen kannst. Außerdem gibt es weitere inspirierende Ausführungen dazu, wie dein Verstand funktioniert, was Meditation ist und was sie für dich tun kann, und du erfährst mehr über das unendliche Potenzial menschlichen Bewusstseins.
