Es ist ein sehr entspannendes Format mit Zeit zum gemeinsamen Ascenden in einer Gruppe und der Möglichkeit, deine Erfahrung zu teilen und alle Fragen zu stellen, die du haben könntest.

I started teaching in 2001 after learning to Ascend in 1995. I am self employed as a Management Trainer specializing in leadership, personal development and Resilience Building. I am also a SHEN emotional release therapist helping people lead balanced stress-free lives. Ascension has helped me have deep rest which has improved my health, in particular getting rid of asthma. I now have the joy of being a cat owner. I now experience huge peace and contentment from my regular Ascension practice.
