Aprendí a Ascender en el año 2019. Estudié Educación Infantil y al trabajar con niños aprendí que podemos vivir desde la inocencia, la presencia, el gozo, el fluir de la vida, la plenitud… Esto es lo que me gusta traer devuelta al mundo entero: recordar nuestro máximo potencial y nuestra forma natural y simple de vivir.
Siempre me ha encantado explorar la vida, desde la educación, cantar, los deportes de riesgo, viajar por todo el mundo, la naturaleza… y desde que aprendí a Ascender todo se basa en explorar el único momento que existe: AHORA.
