This is the beginner's meditation course for the Ishayas' Ascension practice, also known as the First Sphere Course. During this course, you will get to learn the four primary techniques of Ascension. These techniques are incredibly powerful and effective at dissolving the root stresses in your nervous system and directing your Awareness onto the source of peace, joy and love within.
The course is designed for you to relax, rest and enjoy. There will also be additional inspirational discourses on the mechanism of how your mind works, what meditation is and what it can do for you, as well as discovering more about the infinite potential of human consciousness.

I started teaching in 2001 after learning to Ascend in 1995. I am self employed as a Management Trainer specializing in leadership, personal development and Resilience Building. I am also a SHEN emotional release therapist helping people lead balanced stress-free lives. Ascension has helped me have deep rest which has improved my health, in particular getting rid of asthma. I now have the joy of being a cat owner. I now experience huge peace and contentment from my regular Ascension practice.

Through a very stressful situation my partner got ill and together we learnt Ascension in 2009. It helped my partner back to health and made me realise that my inner peace was everything.
I’m now living a completely different life – a life grounded in peace.
I graduated as a teacher in 2011 and teach Ascension so others too can have a different experience of life. Seeing personal transformations over just one weekend, I’m still in awe at the power of the techniques I teach.
