The Advanced Meeting is for anyone who has completed the First Sphere Course and is seeking ongoing support for their Ascension practice. It is a very relaxing format where there will be some group Ascension time with the chance to share your experience and ask any questions you may have.
Come along and meet other ascenders and refresh your practice at this advanced meeting.
This is an opportunity to meet with teachers and enliven your practice.

Hi, A little about myself I work as a manager for a residential service for people with autism and intellectual disability. I am also a Shen Therapist (emotional peace) and a Eurythmy Therapist (movement). I have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren who I love spending time with, playing and having fun.

I started teaching in 2001 after learning to Ascend in 1995. I am self employed as a Management Trainer specializing in leadership, personal development and Resilience Building. I am also a SHEN emotional release therapist helping people lead balanced stress-free lives. Ascension has helped me have deep rest which has improved my health, in particular getting rid of asthma. I now have the joy of being a cat owner. I now experience huge peace and contentment from my regular Ascension practice.
