The Advanced Course is for anyone who has completed the First Sphere Course and is seeking to deepen their practice of Ascension and explore the Silence within. There will be a lot of time dedicated to extensive guidance and support to increase your awareness and direct experience of peace. There will also be plenty of time to ascend and rest for longer periods than you would usually get in your daily practice at home.
Welcome to the Advanced Weekend in Tilburg. This is a time to ascend together for longer and to go deeper into your practice. There is space to share, ask questions, and we make sure you leave with clarity and inspiration.
One of the most common remarks is that it can be difficult to find time to ascend in everyday life. During this weekend, we consciously create the space to slow down and reflect on what truly matters to you. This way, you go home not only feeling calm but also with a renewed motivation to make Ascension a part of your daily life.
There is something special about ascending in a group. Being still together and paying attention to the Silence that is always present makes the experience stronger and deepens what you already feel. In a world that constantly demands our attention, a weekend spent turning inward may be one of the most meaningful ways to spend your time.

I learned to Ascend in 2015 in Norway. My life changed completely in a short period of time, not really how it looked, but how I experience it. In all areas of my life – in my work, my relationships, my daily shores and routines – I experience so much more contentment and flow.
I work freelance as an illustrator and designer, and love to travel and everything that has to do with food – from growing, harvesting, cooking and enjoying it. But most of all I love to share my experience with Ascension and to see how others experience that life can be so full!
