The Advanced Course is for anyone who has completed the First Sphere Course and is seeking to deepen their practice of Ascension and explore the Silence within. There will be a lot of time dedicated to extensive guidance and support to increase your awareness and direct experience of peace. There will also be plenty of time to ascend and rest for longer periods than you would usually get in your daily practice at home.
The Advanced Course will be titled **RECUÉRDATE / REMEMBER YOURSELF** and will be guided by **Sukradev**.
On the first day, all Puerto Vallarta teachers—**Kripalu, Ananda, Sati, Chandika, and Sukradev**—will facilitate a **First Sphere Express**, designed for ascenders who wish to refresh and update the teachings.
The second day will be fully dedicated to **ascending**, with **Sukradev** leading an in-depth sharing of the **Advanced Course** theme.
