Turiya

I am a health scientist and a yoga teacher from South-West Finland. I love sailing, being in nature and travelling. I also enjoy reading, studying new things, watching movies and having deep conversations. Ascension has given me lots of ease, clarity, peace, joy and even a bit of magic in my life. It has also helped me to deal with chronic fatigue and issues with sleep. Life is an adventure!
