Rudra

After graduating from university in the UK, I spent 14 years in Italy working at the heart of the Milanese design scene. I now live in London with my beautiful wife and two amazing sons and lead a full on and extremely active and productive life as a father, husband, designer and entrepreneur.

I have been practising Ascension since 2001 and teaching since 2011. I teach in the UK, Mexico and Italy (in English, Spanish or Italian). Ascension has brought immense peace and fluidity to this very busy life.
