I have always been fascinated by perceptions of reality, consciousness and the power of awareness. In service to that, I am here to show you how simple (and fun!) it can be to re-connect to the source of infinite awareness that exists within all of us, and how living life from that recognition gives us the remarkable capacity to say YES to life, no matter what challenges we face.
