I live in London, Ontario, Canada. I love walking, skiing, cooking and enjoying time with family, friends, and our two dogs.

I have been Ascending since 2000. This simple practice has brought an abundance of ease and playfulness to my life.

In 2026, I completed my training as a teacher, and I am excited to share this teaching with anyone who wants to learn.
