I feel fortunate to live in a small rural village in Somerset. My journey with Ascension began in 2012, and in 2026 I graduated as an Ishaya teacher, now sharing this beautiful practice with others.

I also work in private care, bringing compassion and presence into my daily life and teaching.

In my free time, I enjoy gardening, walking, spending time with our dogs, and sharing good food with family and friends. I value simple pleasures, connection, and a sense of peace in everyday life.
