The Advanced Course is for anyone who has completed the First Sphere Course and is seeking to deepen their practice of Ascension and explore the Silence within. There will be a lot of time dedicated to extensive guidance and support to increase your awareness and direct experience of peace. There will also be plenty of time to ascend and rest for longer periods than you would usually get in your daily practice at home.

I have been teaching Ascension since 2001 in various countries around the world. I was always looking for the experience of freedom and found it when I learnt to Ascend.
I love studying the language of Sanskrit and enjoy writing and running. I am married to Sharada, with two gorgeous kids, currently living in East Sussex, UK, where I teach, work as a gardener and run my business.

I work as a gardener and enjoy the physicality of it, and I love being outside in nature.
I love riding my Ducati motorcycle with friends, eating out and going to movies.
I started ascending in 2018 and can’t imagine a day without it in my life. It’s pure magic.
