The Advanced Course is for anyone who has completed the First Sphere Course and is seeking to deepen their practice of Ascension and explore the Silence within. There will be a lot of time dedicated to extensive guidance and support to increase your awareness and direct experience of peace. There will also be plenty of time to ascend and rest for longer periods than you would usually get in your daily practice at home.

I learned to Ascend in 2007 and graduated as a teacher in 2009 and Ascension has allowed me to experience the magic of life in the present moment – beyond the limitations of the mind and I am passionate about sharing that with others.
